Returns & Exchanges
At WeFashion, we want you to love every piece you purchase; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned garments must be in their original condition, unworn and with all tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Log into your WeFashion account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging or a secure box, ensuring you include the printed return slip inside the package.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated courier or drop it off at an authorized shipping point, keeping your receipt to track the status of your refund.
